Established in February, 2010 as Boaz Properties Ltd and later renamed in 2015 to Othniel Ltd. Under Boaz Properties Ltd, the company consulted for China Africa Development Fund (West African Zone under He Yali (Zone Manager) and we worked with a lot of Chinese companies wanting to invest in property development and government housing. We acquired some lands for estate developments and developed housing units in the capital city and some outskirts too. We did a lot of government liaison for international and local companies.

Isaac Kwapong Snr

Director

Isaac Kwapong Snr. is an experienced project and administrative manager with over 35 years of experience in construction, real estate development and business consulting. Formerly of Taylor Woodrow now Taysec Ghana Ltd, he brings a wealth of experience to the team. Isaac was part of the project managers of the Ghana Airport Construction, major roads and high ways in Accra, Ghana and Burkina Faso, Isaac is well versed in Major Project management, costing, labor and logistics management.

Jude Kwapong

Chief Operating Officer

Jude Kwapong is an investment and business consultant who has worked with both local and international companies in areas of trade, business advisory, project conception and development. He has been consulting locally and globally for more than 13 years.

Ronald Sackey-Mensah

Financial Advisor

Ronald Sackey-Mensah is a professional accountant and has worked with firms and companies including KPMG, HFC Bank, First Atlantic Bank and Kedari Ghana Ltd. He is the Country Brand Manager at 22Bet. He has over 10 years of experience in audit and accounting.
